IV Vitamin and Iron Therapy Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Participation in the IV Vitamin and Iron Therapy Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is open to all clients who receive infusions at our clinic. There is no fee to enrol in the Program.
Earning Points: For each infusion (vitamin and iron) received at our clinic, clients will earn one point. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Redeeming Points: Once a client has earned 9 points, they are eligible for a 50% discount on their 10th infusion. This discount can only be redeemed once and is not valid with any other offers or promotions. The client can share this discount with one friend or family member, where their friend or family member will receive 50% off on their first vitamin infusion. Only friends or family that have not yet had an infusion at IV Medical Care are eligible for this offer. When booking your 10th infusion please inform us of your friend or family member that will be joining for them to qualify for the 50% discount offer.
Infusions included in the offer: Only IV vitamin infusions are eligible for 50% off as part of our loyalty program. IV iron infusions can however count towards your 9 infusions to qualify for 50% off on your 10th vitamin infusion.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to change the Program rules, terms, conditions, and benefits at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for lost or stolen points or loyalty cards, or any technical errors that may prevent patients from earning or redeeming points.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding the Program will be resolved by our clinic in a manner deemed fair and appropriate.
